The warm and professional service takes you on a gastronomic journey that starts from the almost “obsessive”, systematic research for, quality raw materials, always the result of local products at “zero” kilometers, he switches from rich dishes of tastes and colors, which can be defined as the basics of Apulian cuisine, in order to arrive at solutions most wanted and appreciated by expert and discerning palates.

Our Specialities

STARTERS

Huge selection of appetizers ranging from typical seasonal products like cheeses,dairy products, eggplants, meatballs with ragù sauce, seafood salad, roasted sheep skewers roasted mortadella with slivers of cheese and mixed salamis and local cheeses, mixed vegetables in batter.

On request: game salami, crostoni (toasted bread) with porcini, small earthenware pot of porcini and quail eggs, foal meat slices.

PASTA

A showpiece is the pasta of durum wheat “Senatore Cappelli”, produced by us,
beside the egg pasta, filled pasta with porcini and pumpkin, ricotta and spinach; seafood ravioli, chicken and eggplant, Zucchini and meat; large ravioli with beet and quail eggs.

MEAT

What cannot be missed and that is a highlight of the gastronomic tradition of murgia dei trulli. We are talking about local freshly fresh meats; the typical lamb, rolls called gnummarelli (gnummareddi) always of lamb, mixed sausage and pork knife cut, the bombette ( bomblets of meat), veal chops.

Enrich our offer also particular meats such as Argentinian angus, Irish beef meat cuts , wild boar and deer.

PIZZA

A large wood-burning oven completes the “IL CAPRICCIO”. The skill of the master pizzaiolo is capable of churning out high-quality pizzas perfectly in line with the best traditions.

It starts from the classic margherita to the house specialty: pizza Eggplant gratin, pizza with pork and grana cheese and pizza with meat cuts.
